We raise stingless bees (Trigona) on our own eco-farms in Vietnam. Every hive has a permanent QR code: scan it and you see that exact hive — where it stands, who tends it, every inspection and every harvest.
Most honey is traced to a lot number. Ours is traced to a numbered hive with its own QR code and its own record of care and harvest — kept for the life of the hive.
Stingless bees (Trigona) produce a small, slow harvest with a distinct sweet-sour taste. It is a different product from Apis honey, and a scarcer one.
Coarse filtering only. We do not heat, blend or add anything, so the honey keeps its natural pollen and enzymes.
The bees are raised on our own farms and by farm owners inside our system, so we answer for the whole chain rather than buying from anonymous collectors.
