Day 1 · Sài Gòn – Ong Dú Đất Rồng Farm – The eco-farms – Hồ Tràm Beach

• 08:00 — Guests set off for the Ong Dú Đất Rồng Farm in Châu Đức, Bà Rịa (now Xuân Sơn commune, Hồ Chí Minh City)

• 10:00 — Tour of the Ong Dú Đất Rồng Farm: the farm grounds and the garden ecosystem around them; the life, the habits and the value of the stingless bee; the process of caring for the colonies, breeding them and harvesting the honey; a honey tasting, photos and time with the people who run the farm.

• 11:30 — Lunch at the resort/homestay, with rustic dishes full of local flavour.

• 13:00 — Visit the Suối Rao eco-farms: green agriculture models, orchards and eco-landscapes; how farming here goes hand in hand with protecting the environment and growing sustainably.

• 15:00 — Hồ Tràm Beach: free time to swim, walk the shore and take photos.

• 17:30 — Check in and rest at the resort/homestay in Hồ Tràm.

• 18:30 — A special BBQ dinner. Afterwards the group gathers for games and conversation, or heads out to explore the area by night. Overnight in Hồ Tràm.

Day 2 · Xuân Sơn Forest – Ong Dú Đất Rồng Farm – Sài Gòn

• 07:00 — Breakfast and check-out.

• 08:00 — Xuân Sơn Forest & Xuân Sơn Waterfall (Thác Ray): an easy walk through green forest, a look at the natural ecosystem and the local scenery, photos and downtime.

• 10:30 — Back to the Ong Dú Đất Rồng Farm to rest, mingle and explore more of the grounds.

• 11:30 — Lunch at the farm.

• 14:00 — Depart for Sài Gòn.

• 17:00 — Expected arrival in Sài Gòn. The guide says goodbye to the group.
