Shipping policy
Delivery times, shipping fees and how to check your parcel on arrival.
1. Delivery coverage
Ong Dú Đất Rồng delivers nationwide through the following carriers: Giao Hàng Nhanh, Giao Hàng Tiết Kiệm, Viettel Post, VNPost, J&T Express.
2. Shipping fees
Shipping is currently free nationwide on every order. Should this change, the fee will be shown clearly on the Checkout page before you confirm your order — it is never added afterwards.
3. Delivery times

Counted from the moment payment for the order is confirmed. Public holidays, Tết and peak seasons may take 1–2 days longer — we will notify you in advance if your order is affected.
4. Tracking your order
As soon as the goods are handed over to the carrier, the tracking number appears on your order page and links straight through to the carrier's tracking page. You can reopen your order at any time using the order code + the phone number used to place it.
5. Checking the goods on delivery
- You may inspect the goods before paying on cash-on-delivery (COD) orders.
- Film a video while unboxing — with a video, any claim of breakage/missing items is handled straight away, with no further verification.
- If the box is dented, wet or the seal is torn: refuse the delivery, or take photos before signing for it.
6. Packaging
Glass jars are wrapped in bubble wrap and packed tightly inside a carton box. Breeding hives are packed in their own wooden crates with ventilation holes and shipped by the fastest method available to your area.
7. Unsuccessful delivery
The carrier attempts delivery up to 3 times. If you cannot be reached after 3 attempts, the goods are returned to our warehouse and we will contact you to arrange a new delivery or a refund.
